This group of women are so inspiring. I have had the opportunity to be part of this powerful team and to learn from every one of them. We work out together, learn about healthy living from each other and inspire each other to improve our lives through physical fitness. Thanks Ladies!

Yes, of course we are going to see Bon Jovi! Wouldn't miss it. It will be over 100 degrees after dark on the beach that night and Bon Jovi will probably push it to 200! HOT...
